Cheap Hotels in Paris

First visits to Paris can be daunting, nearly every square inch of the city seems to be seeping with history and beauty. A total of 276 monuments, hotels, churches, fountains, bridges and canals light up in Paris every night. All of it is worth seeing and exploring, but there are some Paris tourist attractions that simply shouldn't be missed. And yes, no matter what your budget, many of these must-see sites, are in fact completely free to the visitor. There are lots of things you can do in Paris at a price that won't hurt your wallet. Unfortunately, finding cheap hotels in Paris is probably the one thing that can be a real trial. And yes, it used to be true, that hotels would charge cheap off-season rates during the cold, rainy period from November through February. Now, they're often packed with business travelers, trade fairs, and winter tour groups, so hoteliers have less incentive to offer discounts. Our Special Internet Rates on Paris hotels save you money.

This is a city of seemingly effortless architectural grace, with one of the safest and most efficient public transportation systems in the world, with locals, which are very formal and polite, provided of course you follow the rules for politesse as well. This is Paris, all we have come to know as the best of civilization. While it is true that you can easily spend a fortune in Paris, it's also true that you can get away with spending very little and still head home having seen a lot. Many Paris museums offer entirely free admission at all times, while others, including the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay, are free for all every first Sunday of the month. Most are free for all under 18, and large families can often benefit from special reductions. We would advise you as to save your great Parisian cultural experience for when you arrive, not for the booking process. Because of the large number of lodging reservations we process, we are able to negotiate special rates with the properties. We guarantee our Special Internet Rates are the lowest you can find.

Take a stroll in the gardens of Paris - go to the Luxembourg gardens in the morning. The whole city, will be there, sooner or later, from the well-mannered children of the sixth arrondissement, and the starstruck lovers to the elderly chess players and the book addicts; the tai chi practitioners, the joggers, the bag ladies and the model yachtsmen.

At the same time Paris is arguably the only city in the world, where you can walk out on the street, go in any direction you like, and know that everything you see around you, will be a feast to your eyes. Paris is the world's most walkable city, not only because the majority of its neighborhoods were built for pedestrians, but because the Paris’s neighborhoods are amazingly varied and fascinating.

Warmly recommended come the following hotels in Paris: Hotel de l'Abbaye in the Saint Germain area puts an accent on service and this hotel is full of it. Romantic left-bank hotel near St. Sulpice, walking distance to everything, nice-size rooms and nothing is wanting. Breakfast in the outdoor courtyard - you'll want to stay there all day, but don't. Hotel Odeon Saint Germain is cool, quiet and of an excellent standard, decorated by Jacques Garcia, who made the Fouquet's Barriere on Champs Elysees. The hotel is centrally located in a lovely area of Paris. Lots of nice places to eat within a short walking distance. Grand Hotel des Balcons in Paris is definately a bargain for this central location in Paris (Saint-Germain / Saint-Michel / Luxembourg Gardens). It is also excellent and within walking distance to many museums and monuments. Hotel Saint Andres des Arts one Rue Saint Andres des Arts, five minutes from Place Saint Michel (6th arr). Very french in a fantastic neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops. Also cheap and the breakfast is included.
